Anne Sophie is a Danish-born graduate from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. She trained under John Galliano for Dior in Paris then she moved to London to work for Alexander McQueen as a junior designer.
Anne Sophie debuted her couture-inspired collection during London Fashion Week in 2010. You can definitely see the influence and genius of Galliano and McQueen's designs in Anne Sophie's collections. All those couture techniques and experiments with materials make her designs really unique.
I can't even imagine how much skill and talent it takes to create such detailed pleating and embellishments. Also, all the prints you see are hand-drawn by Anne Sophie and you can see more of them here.
To finish, check out the video from New York Fashion Week which captured Anne Sophie talking about her latest collection.
